At first I was hesitant to attend as felt my body wasn’t flexible enough ,Wow the first session was amazing so relaxing that I had to literally be woken up at the end of it. James took full control and told me to just relax and breathe. Thoroughly enjoyed it and have already booked my next session.Highly recommended !
