I’ve tried traditional massage, cupping, acupuncture, tens machine and have an array of rollers with minimal relief. My body holds constant stress and anxiety. James created a safe space and read what my body needed so well it was like he was reading my mind too. I had an incredibly stressful week prior to seeing James and seeing him was the best reset. My body hasn’t felt this relaxed in months. Easily the most helpful and effective physical therapy I’ve experienced.
