Went not knowing what to expect - was totally amazing & I feel relaxed and reenergised. A lot of aches have gone and I had a deep afternoon sleep post this morning session. Will definitely be back for more. Think this will be a regular for my well being.

I've been meaning to see James for 2 years now. I finally went today. I don't know why I waited this long. It was a beautiful session. James helped to unwind 2 years of stored tension and emotional holding. Plus, we had a couple of laughs along the way. Go see him, you won't regret it!
